Terms of use
These terms apply to people who use Diz Lá to make requests and to the shops that answer. By using the service you accept them.
1. What Diz Lá is
A platform that sends your request to local shops and shows you the quotes they send back. Diz Lá doesn't sell the products or provide the services: the shop you choose does.
2. Shops' responsibility
Each shop is responsible for the price, quality, availability and delivery of what it offers in its quote, and for invoicing it.
3. Account and access
You sign in with a code sent to your mobile or email. You're responsible for keeping access to that contact and for the information you give.
4. Fair use
You may not use Diz Lá for illegal, offensive or fake requests, or to contact shops for other purposes. We may remove requests and suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Payments
Once payments are available, you pay on the platform when you choose a quote. Diz Lá charges shops a commission per sale; the service is free for people making requests.
6. Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we can't guarantee there will always be shops available or quotes for every request.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. When a change matters, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
8. Governing law
Portuguese law applies. For any question, write to [email protected]. For consumer disputes you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body.
