Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Asking and getting quotes is free. You only pay for what you choose to buy, at the price the shop quoted.
Which shops reply?
Real shops nearby, in your request's category and open in time to prepare it. Each shop is checked before it gets requests.
Do I have to pick a quote?
No. You see the replies, compare and pick the one you like, or none.
How do I pay?
On the platform, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, only when you choose a quote. The shop is paid after delivery.
What do you do with my contact?
We only use it to send your sign-in code and updates on your request. Shops only see your name and phone after you choose theirs.
