Privacy policy
Diz Lá connects people who need something with the local shops in their area. This page explains what personal data we process, why, and what your rights are.
1. Who processes the data
The data controller is Diz Lá (dizla.pt). For any question about your data, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect
Your mobile number or email, to send you the sign-in code and updates; your name, if you give it; the text of your requests and the area you picked. On the waiting list we keep the contact, the area and, for shops, the shop's name and category.
3. What we use it for
To sign you in, to get your requests to the shops in your area and to tell you about quotes, orders and when the service opens. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
4. Legal basis
Providing the service you ask for and, for the waiting list, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Who we share it with
Shops you send a request to see the request and, once you choose a quote, what they need to fulfil it. We use hosting and messaging providers that process data only on our behalf.
6. How long we keep it
Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes and are deleted after 30 days. Account data is kept while the account exists; you can delete it in "My account". On the waitlist, the IP address is deleted after 90 days and the entry after 12 months without activity, or sooner if you ask.
7. Cookies and storage
Only the essentials: a session cookie, a cookie saying you're signed in and a cookie with your chosen area. In your browser we keep the theme and your request draft. We count visits with our own tool, without cookies or personal data. No advertising cookies.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase or port your data and object to its processing by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to a data protection authority.
